FlareMaXGTL®: Direct Gas-to-Liquid Conversion
Gatti’s FlareMaXGTL® is a modular unit that directly converts 1 million standard cubic feet per day (MMSCFD) of flare gas into 100 barrels of premium synthetic crude – a blend of diesel and gasoline fractions. No hydro-cracking or by-products are involved, making it efficient for CO2-rich gases (up to 25% CO2 tolerance). The output is high-value, easily integrated into existing infrastructure.
FlareMaXLNG®: Gas-to-LNG Liquefaction
For larger-scale operations, FlareMaXLNG® processes up to 5 MMSCFD into 100 tons of LNG daily. This self-sustaining system operates without external power or water, ideal for remote Middle East fields, and supports virtual pipelines for energy distribution.
